I saw some pictures in Yahoo! Sports, and in one of them, Richard looked a bit apathetic during Mathieu's match. Kinda weird, but maybe he really wants to play and is kinda bitter about his situation.. |

Or a MAJOR attitude adjustment. During the PHM match, everytime the TV camera showed Richie or in every photo I saw of him he was looking at his phone or staring into space, didn't even stand up when the rest of the French bench did.
Maybe something is up with him that we don't know about but if not, he is way too wierd. Usually he is really into the DC matches and cheering like crazy. Guess he's not used to sitting on the bench but that's where he belongs this tie based on his mental and physical form right now. It is sad to see Richie in photos like the stairs picture and he does look like he needs a great big hug (or a great big kick in the butt) but hopefully this disappointment will light a fire under Richie. I so want to see a Gasquet on fire at the French Open (wishful thinking) or at least at Wimbly.
PHM played a great match but Blake was just a few points better. Hopefully the fight shown by PHM and Llodra will "inspire" Richie. |
