Richard will be playing doubles with compatriot Jo-Wilfried Tsonga at the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami.

Playing together for the second time this year, Richard and Tsonga face unseeded duo Andy Roddick and Jurgen Melzer in the first round.

Richard and Tsonga captured the Sydney title together at the beginning of the season, defeating World No. 1 pairing Bob and Mike Bryan in the final.

Ranked No. 53 in doubles, Richard has two career ATP doubles titles, his first coming in Metz two years ago with Fabrice Santoro.
