no 250 on clay, not even Nice. Good move, it is the big tournaments where he can gain points this year.

Monte Carlo, Barcelona, Madrid, Rome, and finally Roland Garros.

Might that be too rigorous of a schedule for Richie? I would not be the slightest bit surprised if he goes down with injury if he tries to play all these tourneys.

Only one week off between Barcelona and Madrid and one week off before Roland Garros. I would suggest dropping Barcelona. Nadal did the same.

Also, does anyone know if he's returning to Washington this year? It's my 'home' tournament, and I would love to see Richie play in-person for the first time! Maybe even meet him during practice! Last year, he came to Washington for the first time, but lost on the VERY first day, retiring to Vliegen, so I could not see him.

If Richard goes deep in Monte Carlo, he can have the luxury of dropping Barcelona. But if he loses early in Monte Carlo I'm sure he would want to play Barcelona.
